My New Must Have! Macadamia Natural Oil Deep Repair Masque!

Good Morning/Evening Beauty-Ful People!

Tonight, I'm going to be talking about my New Favorite Hair Treatment.

Macadamia Natural Oil - Deep Repair Masque.

So, as I have previously mentioned last year around June I made the stupid mistake of getting my hair Chemically Straightened after being misinformed and believing the hairdressers that told me it would be safe to do so on blonde hair and that was far from the truth. So ever since my hair has been very dry and my ends were so brittle that most of the time I can literally snap them at the ends. I've been using so many different treatments to get it healthy again and thankfully I've finally gotten there. Shortly after the Chemically Straightening I went back to Brunette so it would hopefully assist in making it healthy, it did but I had been missing my Balayage ever since I changed it but didn't want to add bleach to my hair while it wasn't very healthy. I have just gone back to Balayage with a little bit of a twist but obviously because bleach isn't the best for your hair, I want to maintain doing anything I can to keep my hair healthy. I was in a Hairdressers/Hair Supplies store last week and I saw a little sachet of this Macadamia Natural Oil Deep Repair Masque and I had asked the Stylist if it was any good (I was familiar with the brand as I have the Luxurious Oil Spray and have used it for about a year now and love it), the Stylist said it was absolutely amazing so I thought instead of forking out $40 I'd buy the little sample size to see if it is good. I bought the sample for $7.95 and the next day I had washed my hair so put it in afterwards.

It says on the container that the Deep Repair Masque is a hair reconstructor that will penetrate and rebuild damaged hair for improved health, shine and elasticity. That it's great for colour treated and course hair. So you're told to wash your hair as normal and then comb through the mask and leave for approx 7 minutes and then rinse. I cannot tell you enough how much I fell in love with this product. Combing through the mask my hair felt absolutely amazing and as I was rinsing it out my hair still felt ridiculously smooth. Later on that night after I let my hair air dry I then straightened my hair (I can't get a proper indication unless I've straightened my hair as it's so frizzy and afro like). My hair looked and felt so bloody shiny and soft it's insane. So I'm lucky and get about 3-4 days without washing my hair so I've attached photos of my hair and these were 3 days after I had done the mask and it still looked amazing. It honestly smells exactly like Conditioner, there's no distinct fragrance to it but it smells nice with a bit of floral but not over powering at all.

So as I mentioned earlier, you can buy a little sample for $7.95 from stores like Price Attack here in Australia, I went to the shops the following day and purchased the 250ml container which cost me $39.95. I have since found out I could've purchased it off EBay for $28.95 with free shipping (not impressed haha) and online you can also get a 500ml container and a 1 Litre Container but I didn't see these at Price Attack. The initial cost is quite expensive but I'd say the 250ml container would last quite a while and as I'm only using it once a week at the moment and eventually maybe once a Month, as I've experienced amazing results the money is 100% worth it (considering I went out the next day and bought it, I obviously do haha). If you're not 100% sure about spending that type of money on it, I'd suggest doing what I did and pay the $7.95 for the Sample (I only used half of the sample and I have long, very thick hair) that way you can get an idea if you think the cost is worth it. You can also buy them from their website and HairHouse Warehouse probably sells them as well.

Another thing I absolutely love about this product is it clearly states that they're Cruelty Free, Paraben Free and Alcohol Free. So you know that no animals were harmed in the making of it and there are no nasty chemicals that are going to do damage to your hair. It does state on the container that it's not to be used more than twice a week. They have a bunch of other amazing products that I have no doubt that I'll try out in the near future, so keep an eye out for those reviews.
